LET’S BE HONEST….
I have no self control.
I have no self control when it comes to requesting arcs (Advance Reader Copies) that sometime are not set to release 6+ months from now. I have no self control when it comes to waiting till closer to release day to read them. While this is not a bad problem to have, I hate having to wait months to review and sing my praises. The Premature Connoisseur is my way to get the word out about these must-read titles without reviewing prematurely. Hopefully my lack of self control can help other readers find new books to add to their ever-growing TBRs.
Here are just a few of the books I have devoured ahead of schedule…
Vicious Cycle by Katie Ashley
Recommended for: Fans of good girl meets bad boy, D.I.L.F. lovers, SOA fans.
Release Date: June 2nd, 2015
What’s the word? I love Katie Ashley books. They are funny, sweet, super sexy, with some pretty awesome characters. I was nervous to see what her MC world would be like especially coming from this Southern sweetheart but I need not worry. Vicious Cycle is gritty as hell and for a lover of MC stories, this is a very good thing. Deacon and Alexandra ignite the pages with passion. Seriously, this is one MC romance you are not going to want to miss.
Arrow’s Hell by Chantel Fernando
Recommended for: Fans of love after loss, rude and crude heroes, sassy heroines.
Release Date: June 16th, 2015
What’s the word? If you’ve read Dragon’s Lair then you know what kind of hell Arrow has been living with. I was so excited for his story because broken and flawed heroes are my favorite. Especially ones like Arrow who we’ve seen before and after the “event” that altered him. I enjoyed Arrow’s story so much because of Anna, the sassy scientist, who has caught his eye. The chemistry between them is undeniable and it’s so much fun to watch unfold. Seriously, add this to your TBR!
Ride Steady by Kristen Ashley
Recommended for: Fans of all things Kristen Ashley, second-chance romance, sweet alpha hero.
Release Date: June 30th, 2015
What’s the word? I have fallen down the KA rabbit hole and I’m pretty sure I will never resurface. Her heroes are some of my favorite (Tack, Joe, Dax…we could be here all day) and now my newest favorite, Joker. I fell in love with him HARD during the prologue and he has quickly ascended to the top of my “If KA heroes were real I would have his babies” list. This book hooked me from page one and I could not eat, sleep, function, until I finished it. It does not get any better than this!
Have you added these to your TBR? What book are you most looking forward to? Leave me a line in the comments!
